Quy trình xem xét đơn đăng ký kiểu dáng công nghiệp. Kiểu dáng công nghiệp là hình bên ngoài của sản phẩm được thể hiện bằng hình khối, đường nét, màu sắc, hoặc sự kết hợp của các yếu tố này.
Kiểu dáng công nghiệp được pháp luật bảo hộ khi kiểu dáng công nghiệp đó tiến hành đăng ký tại cục Sở hữu trí tuệ. Pháp luật có quy định về quy trình và thời hạn xem xét đơn đăng ký kiểu dáng công nghiệp.
Dưới đây là quy trình và thời hạn xem xét đơn đăng ký kiểu dáng công nghiệp
Thẩm định hình thức đơn: là tiến hành kiểm tra việc tuân thủ các quy định về hình thức đối với đơn, từ đó đưa ra kết luận có được coi là hợp lệ hay không. Thời gian thẩm định là 1 tháng kể từ ngày nộp đơn.
Công bố đơn hợp lệ: là đơn đăng ký kiểu dáng công nghiệp được coi là hợp lệ thì được công bố trên Công báo cục Sở hữu trí tuệ trong thời gian là 2 tháng kể từ ngày đơn được chấp nhận hợp lệ. Nội dung của công bố đơn đăng ký kiểu dáng công nghiệp là những thông tin liên quan đến đơn hợp lệ như: chủ sở hữu, kiểu dáng công nghiệp, sản phẩm, dịch vụ…
Thẩm định nội dung: là đưa ra kết luận những dấu hiệu được sử dụng làm kiểu dáng công nghiệp có đáp ứng hay không đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn bảo hộ theo quy định của luật Sở hữu trí tuệ. Thời hạn thẩm định nội dung là 7 tháng kể từ ngày công bố đơn hợp lệ.
Cấp văn bằng bảo hộ: trong thời gian 10 ngày kể từ ngày người nộp đơn đóng đủ phí, lệ phí thì cục Sở hữu trí tuệ cấp văn bằng bảo hộ cho người nộp đơn.
Công bố quyết định cấp văn bằng bảo hộ: Trong thời gian 2 tháng kể từ ngày ra quyết định, sau khi người nộp đơn nộp đầy đủ phí và lệ phí, cục Sở hữu trí tuệ công bố quyết định cấp văn bằng bảo hộ trên Công báo của cục Sở hữu trí tuệ.

I enjoyed Avalon Code until it got to the point where I had so many pages and code blocks lying around that if I learned how to craft a new weapon, I had to massively juggle things to get the blocks I wanted in place. I stuck with it long enough to make a spreadsheet tracking the locations of all my blocks and their sizes, but then keeping it up-to-date was a pain too.Other than that, I enjoyed the gameplay, the story, and the dating elements.
