Đăng ký bảo hộ Logo đôc quyền. Logo độc quyền được coi là tài sản trí tuệ vô cùng quan trọng của mỗi doanh nghiệp trong quá trình phát triển và định hướng kinh doanh lâu dài. Logo được coi như một bộ mặt của chính các doanh nghiệp.

Người tiêu dùng định hướng đến các sản phẩm thường thông qua việc nhận diện Logo “đại diện hình ảnh”. Hiện nay việc đăng ký Logo độc quyền không còn là một khái niệm xa lạ với các Doanh nghiệp Việt Nam. Việc bảo hộ Logo độc quyền không chỉ nhằm mục đích quảng bá thương hiệu mà còn nhăm mục đích bảo vệ chính thương hiệu của mình tránh việc bị bên thứ ba đăng ký, sử dụng làm ảnh hưởng đến uy tín của các Doanh nghiệp

Khác với bản quyền tác giả tự động phát sinh việc bảo hộ khi tác phẩm được định hình, Logo độc quyền chỉ được bảo hộ trong trường hợp được đăng ký độc quyền tại Cục SHTT.

  • Mẫu Logo cần đăng ký.
  • Nhóm sản phẩm, dịch vụ cần đăng ký.
