Những tài liệu cần có trong hồ sơ Nhãn hiệu. Nhãn hiệu là dấu hiệu dùng để phân biệt hàng hóa, dịch vụ của các tổ chức, cá nhân khác nhau. Vì vậy, mỗi tổ chức cá nhân khi thực hiện hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh bao giờ cũng lựa chọn và sử dụng cho mình một nhãn hiệu. Theo quy định của pháp luật, nhãn hiệu không bắt buộc phải thực hiện việc đăng ký mà vẫn có thể sử dụng cho hàng hóa dịch vụ các tổ chức, cá nhân.
Tuy nhiên, việc đăng ký nhãn hiệu có ý nghĩa quan trọng giúp chủ sở hữu của nó có thể ngặn chặn tình trạng bị các tổ chức khác, sử dụng và đăng ký nhãn hiệu của mình bởi ngoại trừ nhãn hiệu nổi tiếng thì pháp luật chỉ bảo hộ quyền lợi của các tổ chức cá nhân sở hữu cho những nhãn hiệu đã được đăng ký. Vì vậy, trong quá trình hoạt động sản xuất, kinh doanh, các tổ chức cá nhân thường quan tâm đến vệc đăng ký bảo hộ nhãn hiệu được sử dụng cho hàng hóa dịch vụ của mình.
Việc đăng ký nhãn hiệu cũng không quá phức tạp với khoản thời gian thông thường để đăng ký một nhãn hiệu là từ 12 đến 14 tháng. Một bộ hồ sơ thông thường để đăng ký nhãn hiệu bao gồm một số thông tin cụ thể như sau:
– Tờ khai yêu cầu cấp giấy chứng nhận đăng ký nhãn hiệu được làm theo mẫu do Cục sở hữu trí tuệ cung cấp (2 bản)
– Mẫu nhãn hiệu (một mẫu được gắn trên tờ khai và 9 mẫu kèm theo)
– Chứng từ phí, lệ phí.
Ngoài ra, trong một số trường hợp nhất định, bộ hồ sơ này có thể bổ sung thêm một số giấy tờ như sau:
– Trong trường hợp người nộp đơn không phải là chủ sở hữu nhãn hiệu hoặc là đại diện theo pháp luật của chủ sở hữu nhãn hiệu thì phải bổ sung giấy ủy quyền nộp đơn (01 bản)
– Trong trường hợp hồ sơ đăng ký cho nhãn hiệu chứng nhận và nhãn hiệu tập thể thì phải bổ sung thêm quy chế sử dụng nhãn hiệu. Trong đó quy định một số nội dung cơ bản như: điều kiện để sử dụng nhãn hiệu, quyền của chủ sở hữu nhãn hiệu, nghĩa vụ của các tổ chức, cá nhân sử dụng nhãn hiệu.
– Ngoài ra trong hồ sơ có thể bổ sung thêm một số tài liệu chứng minh quyền sử dụng/đăng ký nhãn hiệu chứa các dấu hiệu đặc biệt như: tên biểu tượng, cờ, huy hiệu của cơ quan, tổ chức, giấy phép của chính quyền địa phương, bản đồ xác định lãnh thổ khi đăng ký nhãn hiệu có chứa chỉ dẫn địa lý.

So, recently I had my friend Krista from See Mommy Do It over and I told her how I kept envisioning yellow curtains in my family room because her daughter’s room has yellow curtains and they just make the whole room look like sunshine. Our town has a wonderful Unicef-like activity, where all proceeds benefit the local Town Emergency Fund. The fund helps people in need with food, heating bills, and disaster situations (like our neighbor who recently had a fire). Giving locally really makes it tangible for the kids who are asking for money on Halloween. It’s an awesome program, and I think that Unicef deserves a lot of credit for starting the idea!

Currently, no-one can find us. This is punishing a whole community as we operate an community website. This is the first time we have been hacked since we started in 1995 and we have taken all steps to prevent its recurrence.
