Sản phẩm của hoạt động sáng tạo trong lĩnh vực mỹ thuật, hội họa chính là những bức tranh bằng nhiều chất liệu khác nhau, những tác phẩm điêu khắc, tạo hình….Đây đều là kết quả của quá trình lao động bằng trí thức của con người. Do vậy, nó được coi là đối tượng của quyền tác giả trong sở hữu trí tuệ và được bảo vệ về mặt bản quyền.
Theo pháp luật, tác giả sáng tạo ra sản phẩm sẽ được bảo hộ ngay từ khi nó được định hình. Tuy nhiên, trong trường hợp xảy ra tranh chấp thì việc chứng minh thời gian sáng tạo ra tác phẩm không phải dễ dàng.
Vì vậy, hiện nay, vấn đề đăng ký bản quyền cho các tác phẩm mỹ thuật đang rất được quan tâm. Cũng như đối với các tác phẩm khác, đăng ký bản quyền cho tác phẩm mỹ thuật cần chú ý các vấn đề:

- 01 Tờ khai (theo mẫu)
- 01 Giấy cam đoan
- 02 Bản tác phẩm mỹ thuật
- 01 Giấy ủy quyền d
- Văn bản đồng ý của các chủ sở hữu nếu quyền tác giả, quyền liên quan thuộc sở hữu chung (nếu có sở hữu chung)
- 02 Chứng minh thư hoặc hộ chiếu Photo công chứng của tác giả.
Thời gian thực hiện thủ tục
01 ngày soạn hồ sơ;
7 ngày xét duyệt tại Cơ quan có thẩm quyền.

I read the reviews stating these sunglasses were a little on the larger side, too large if anything, and I disagree! I’ve been looking for oversized sunglasses for a long time and I finally found them I have a heart shaped face and finding sunglasses that fit properly are hard to find but these sunglasses give me the “oversized” look without being too big for my face. The frame is a bit flimsy though. However, for the price…completely worth it.

This will make the MSFT provided email address the official email address for University communications with students (no more “but I didn’t get your email, where did you send it?” excuses). Last week I did a sea trial with the Sabre 40 sedan in the San Juans. I was with Motorboating Magazine. It is early in their season. At times we were on the bridge in glorious sunshine and at others the cold rain drove us inside to the lower helm. We were comfortable and dry no matter the weather.Love the second helm station.

try a good glass cleaner but instead of wiping with a towel,scrub it with detailer clay (try pep boys)…detailers clay is meant to remove old wax and contamination from painted surfaces but works well on glass….if this is not doing the trick try glass cleaner and very fine steel wool(0000 or 000 grades).
