Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký bản quyền tác giả
Là một quyết định hành chính và được Cục bản quyền tác giả – trực thuộc Bộ Văn Hoá, Thể Thao và Du lịch xem xét và cấp phép.
Giấy chứng nhận như một ghi nhận của Nhà nước về quyền của một cá nhân/ tổ chức đối với một tác phẩm khi đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn nhất định.
Người nộp đơn / Cách thức nộp đơn
– Pháp luật không phân biệt người nộp đơn là cá nhân hay tổ chức, trong hay ngoài nước Theo đó một cá nhân hoặc tổ chức là chủ sở hữu quyền tác giả, chủ sở hữu quyền liên quan có thể trực tiếp hoặc uỷ quyền cho tổ chức, cá nhân khác nộp hồ sơ để đăng ký bản quyền tác giả cho tác phẩm.
Cách thức nộp hồ sơ
– Nộp đơn trực tiếp tại Cục bản quyền tác giả Việt Nam
– Thông qua tổ chức đại diện – Trung tâm hỗ trợ và phát triển thương hiệu (Hotline: 0978938505)
– Tờ khai đăng ký bản quyền (Theo mẫu – Vui lòng gửi email tới luatsubanquyen@gmail.com để nhận mẫu)
– Bản sao chứng minh thư nhân dân của Tác giả hoặc đồng tác giả
– Bản mẫu tác phẩm cần đăng ký
– Các tài liệu khác (Giấy cam đoan, Quyết định giao nhiệm vụ, Cam kết của tác giả….Vui lòng gửi email yêu cầu tới luatsubanquyen@gmail.com hoặc gọi MS.Lan số 0978938505 để nhận mẫu tài liệu)
Thời gian đăng ký
Trong thời gian 15 ngày làm việc (nếu hồ sơ hợp lệ) Cục bản quyền tác giả sẽ cấp Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký bản quyền tác giả cho người nộp đơn.
