Sau đây là các lý do ảnh hưởng đến việc đăng ký nhãn hiệu:
Thứ nhất: Tránh các từ mô tả cho nhãn hiệu

Thứ tư: Quan tâm đến ý kiến của Cục SHTT
Nếu làm một mình, hãy luôn quan tâm đến kết quả mà bạn nhận được. Đừng nản chí khi chưa có kết quả mà có quá nhiều “thông báo bất lợi” phải đấu tranh và phải cố hết sức giữ thương hiệu cho mình. Nếu bạn làm qua đại diện Sở hữu trí tuệ. Hãy an tâm, chúng tôi có thể làm tốt các vấn đề này.

Nhãn hiệu chỉ được độc quyền trong nghành nghề kinh doanh mà bạn đăng ký. Đừng tự “huyễn hoặc mình” rằng nhãn hiệu đã đăng ký thì sẽ được bảo hộ cho tât cả các nghành nghề. Hãy suy xét và đừng ngại tốn 1 lần chi phí nhỏ để được giá trị lớn hơn khi bạn lớn mạnh. Nghĩ về thứ mình định hướng, kinh doanh sau này và đăng ký cũng là một bước tiến “khôn ngoan”.

Đừng bao giờ nghĩ rằng nhãn hiệu được Cấp “Giấy chứng nhận” sẽ không còn lo ngại. Hãy nhìn tới sự phát triển của doanh nghiệp và sự soi mói của các “nhân tố bất ổn” chuyên đi “sử dụng nhờ” nhãn hiệu của người khác để trục lợi cho mình. Điều đầu tiên bạn nghĩ tới là bảo vệ doanh nghiệp, nhưng sâu xa hơn chính là việc bảo vệ khách hàng khỏi những “ảnh hưởng” có thể để chính họ mất niềm tin vào nhãn hiệu của mình.
Thứ tám: Bạn đã đăng ký nhãn hiệu chưa?
Hãy đăng ký ngay nhé. Bởi đó là việc duy nhất có thể bảo vệ bạn trước sự xâm phạm, trước việc “đầu cơ” khi thương hiệu bạn đang lớn mạnh.
