“Quyền tác giả”, một khái niệm tưởng chừng như xa vời nhưng thực sự nó gắn liền với dân văn nghệ sĩ. Nhiều khi đi uống café và lắng nghe những bài hát mới, những bài thơ đầy cảm xúc, những bản nhạc lãng mạn… của mấy đứa bạn trong câu lạc bộ âm nhạc và nghệ thuật đường phố, tôi bất chợt nhớ đến một câu hỏi của chị An: “Em ơi, sao mà bài hát này của chị sáng tác, vậy mà sao hắn lại lấy tên là của hắn” và cảm thấy nhói lòng khi chứng kiến cảnh có những hành vi xâm phạm đến chính “đứa con tinh thần” của những anh, chị em mình. Bất lực trước câu hỏi của chị khi chị chưa đăng ký bảo hộ quyền tác giả nên tôi tha thiết các anh chị em trong giới nghệ sĩ hãy làm gì đó để bảo vệ những đứa con mà mình đã sáng tạo ra.

Rõ ràng, ai cũng hiểu rằng quyền tác giả chính là quyền của tác giả, chủ sở hữu đối với tác phẩm của mình. Đây là quyền được phát sinh ngay từ thời điểm tác phẩm được sáng tạo và được thể hiện dưới một hình thức vật chất nhất định. Như vậy, chị An sẽ có quyền đối với bài hát của chị sáng tạo ra, chị đã có quyền tác giả đối với tác phẩm này.
Nhưng vấn đề là ở chỗ, cuộc đời khi nào cũng là ” sóng yên, biển lặng”, sẽ có người lấy những tác phẩm của người khác và coi đó là của mình. Làm sao để bảo vệ “những đứa con tinh thần ấy”cho chính tác giả thực sự?
Giải pháp rất đơn giản cho chị An và cho các anh chị em trong giới nghệ sĩ, đó là thực hiện việc đăng ký bảo hộ quyền tác giả. Có người nói, cái đó phức tạp lắm, cái đó tốn thời gian lắm, tốn tiền lắm… nhưng xin thưa, mọi thứ sẽ trở nên dễ dàng nếu như chúng ta đến những công ty tư vấn luật uy tín như Công ty Luật Quốc Dân (một trong những đại diện sở hữu trí tuệ của Việt Nam).
Đừng chần chờ nữa, vì chỉ cần chần chờ 1 giây lát, các bạn sẽ rơi vào trường hợp giống như chị An mà thôi, ngồi và bất lực trước hành vi xâm phạm của người khác đối với tác phẩm của chính mình sáng tạo.

I like to think that Google panda has both pros & cons. It would check the actions of spammer, avoid the copying of original content on one hand while on the other hand there are many sites which display same information, news and explain terms that are predefined and universal which may get blocked unknowingly.

It's too bad that the service concept didn't work for you. While of course the service there is always "casual", I have generally found service at the Southern Sun to be one of their strong points. All of the staff is friendly and there to help you; you can ask for anything from any server (even though you generally have a primary server). You'll never get the "I'm not your server" attitude. Maybe service at lunch/afternoon times is not as dialed in.

I don't know. We've got a lot of problems with uneducated Mexicans imitating black people and turning into ghetto youth, but sounds like this guy was just in the right place at the right time. And he actually was working like crazy, apparently.I don't know to what degree he worked the system, but sounds like he was actually useful.

Même en y faisant attention, je m’aperçois que mes photos finissent souvent centrées. Mais à force de concentration je vais bien finir par y arriver ! C’est vrai que la grille sur l’écran aide. Là où j’ai le plus de mal c’est quand je fais des photos avec une faible profondeur de champ et que je dois verrouiller la mise au point puis tourner l’appareil pour cadrer en évitant de trop modifier la distance, j’en ai beaucoup de floues au mauvais endroit…

I had been curious about if you ever thought of changing the design of your website? Its very well written; I really like what you have got to state. But maybe you could add a a bit more in the way of content so people can connect to it better. You have got an awful lot of wording for only having one or two pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
