Chắc hẳn các bạn sẽ tự hỏi: “Hình hài đứa con này của tôi xinh hay xấu”. Thực ra, Luật Việt Nam đã đặt tên cho nó là NHÃN HIỆU với định nghĩ như sau: “Nhãn hiệu là dấu hiệu dùng để phân biệt hàng hóa, dịch vụ của các tổ chức, cá nhân khác nhau”. Đúng như thế, vẻ đẹp của mỗi nhãn hiệu cũng chính là vẻ đẹp riêng, không lẫn vào đâu được nhằm phân biệt các hàng hóa, dịch vụ khác nhau. Cũng giống như những đứa con của mỗi người mẹ, ai cũng có đặc điểm riêng và cái tên riêng, điều đó đã làm nên vẻ đẹp riêng của người con tinh thần này.
Thật vậy, dấu hiệu dùng làm nhãn hiệu là dấu hiệu nhìn thấy được thể hiện dưới dạng từ ngữ, hình ảnh hoặc từ ngữ kết hợp với hình ảnh được thể hiện bằng một hoặc nhiều màu sắc khác nhau. Từ ngữ hay hình ảnh chính là bộ quần áo mà đứa con tinh thần này mang trên mình. Nó sẽ trở nên lộng lẫy hơn khi được kết hợp với yêu tố màu sắc. Mỗi nhãn hiệu sẽ có nét đặc trưng riêng biệt. Do đó, đây cũng là một trong những cơ sở để pháp luật Việt Nam ghi nhận và bảo hộ các dấu hiệu này thành nhãn hiệu.
Như vậy, nhãn hiệu sẽ mang trong mình sức mạnh lớn nhất khi được pháp luật Việt Nam thừa nhận bằng văn bằng bảo hộ. Nó giống như quá trình đi đăng ký giấy khai sinh cho đứa con tinh thần của mình vậy. Sự ghi nhận về mặt pháp lý này đã đem lại rất nhiều lợi ích cho các chủ thể sở hữu nhãn hiệu như chống các đối thủ sử dụng những tên gọi tương tự hay gây nhầm lẫn nhằm cạnh tranh không lành mạnh, là cơ sở pháp lý để tiến hành xử lý các hành vi vi phạm xảy ra.

I despise the Resident Evil film series. I’m so glad they decided to make each season its own storyline, but I have to say that I was more scared last season. Mostly, I think Rubber Man was just… Over the top scary. Did you ever see any of the promo videos they shot leading up to the first season? They sent someone in a rubber suit to hide in people’s homes. It was terrifying!

This is so sad, but as a teacher I do side with those who say Obama is not any better on education. Race to Disaster is going to deal the final blow to teachers who do anything beyond lock-step test prep. Research shows that nearly all students can be prepped to put test material in their short term memory. It’s that pesky ability to retain information that isn’t being tasked. I’m astonished every year at my students’ wonderful high-stakes test grades from the previous year. Yet, they come to me and know very little.

Judy, The decorations used to be in our attic and it was not easy to haul dozens of boxes down the ladder. The shed is sooo much easier! We also love to drive around to look at lights.
