Vấn đề vi phạm bản quyền hiện nay xảy ra khá phổ biến ở Việt Nam. Trên sóng truyền hình của VTV thuộc đài truyền hình Việt Nam đã có rất nhiều chương trình bị “tố” vi phạm. Sở dĩ, các chương trình truyền hình hiện nay khá “thu hút” với nhiều đối tượng người xem. Là đơn vị truyền thong lớn nhất cả nước, đài truyền hình Việt Nam được xem là kênh thông tin truyền thông đáng tin cậy, ấy vậy trong thời gian gần đây, một số chương trình thuộc bản quyền phát sóng của đài truyền hình đang gặp phải tình trạng bị tác giả kiện vi phạm bản quyền. Thực hư của câu chuyện này là như thế nào?
Được biết, có nhiều chương trình gameshow, có rất nhiều ca khúc được sử dụng trong chương trình nhưng các tác giả lại không được biết về điều đó. Điển hình như một số ca khúc được sử dụng trong chương trình “The voice” hay “vietnam idol”. Mặc dù đã bị phạt về những hành vi đó nhưng vấn nạn về vi phạm bản quyền vẫn xẩy ra. Mới đây nhất, trong chương trình chuyển động 24h phóng sự được phát sóng trên VTV1 trưa 30/04/2015 đã sử dụng những cảnh quay rất đẹp ở cầu Hiền Lương. Tuy nhiên, theo tìm hiểu được biết những cảnh quay này được quay bằng flycam của tác giả Bùi Minh Tuấn, đã được tác giả chia sẽ trên kênh youtobe từ 11/2014.
Điều đáng chú ý, khi sử dụng những hình ảnh này, VTV đã không có bất cứ một liên hệ nào cho tác giả, mặc dù lúc đăng tải clip của mình trên youtobe tác giả cũng đã đề cập tới vấn đề bản quyền. Hành động trên của VTV là vi phạm pháp luật-chiếm đoạt quyền tác giả. Qua đó, VTV cần phải xem xét cách hành xử của mình để xứng đáng với niềm tin của đông đảo người dân về một kênh truyền hình đáng tin tưởng.

Ich glaube die Tags die dabei erzeugt wurden bestehen aber noch. Da könnte das Plugin auch helfen die Tags zu nicht mehr bestehenden Artikeln zu löschen so wie ich das jetzt mitbekommen habe. +7War diese Antwort hilfreich?
