      Nhiều người thường có “tâm lý” lười đăng ký nhãn hiệu vì nhận thấy thời gian chờ đợi là rất dài, khoảng hơn 1 năm. Tuy nhiên, pháp luật lại quy định rõ, khi đơn đăng ký được nộp thì đã được hưởng quyền ưu tiên, có nghĩa là những đơn nộp sau trùng hoặc tương tự với nhãn hiệu của mình thì sẽ bị coi là vi phạm.
