       Sự đụng độ của hai thương hiệu Rượu Vodka Việt. Cuộc chiến về thương hiệu và sự “động chạm” thương hiệu lẫn nhau trong bối cảnh cạnh tranh này không còn mấy xa lạ. Ai cũng muốn vươn lên để khẳng định chính mình, tìm một chỗ đứng vững chãi để phát triển song hành với thị trường. Trong dịp tết nguyên đán mới đây, hai thương hiệu rượu “Made in Việt Nam” đã đụng độ nhau, thực hư của sự việc này là như thế nào?

       Được biết, cuộc chiến nói trên xuất phát từ hành vi “chơi xấu” đối thủ của Công ty CP rượu bia nước giải khát Aroma- chủ thương hiệu Vodka Men. Nhân viên của công ty này đã đổ nước vo gạo vào rượu của Công ty CP phát triển đầu tư xây dựng Việt Nam – chủ thương hiệu Vodka AvinaA và toàn bộ số rượu đã bị trả lại. Vì “tức” vụ việc đó mà nhân viên của AvinaA đã dùng phương pháp điện phân kiểm tra rượu Vodka Men. Điều đáng nói là sau khi kiểm tra, một sự thật được phơi bày là rượu Vodka Men biến thành “nước cống” với màu vẩn đục.

       Sự đụng độ đó diễn ra đúng vào dịp tết đến xuân về, hành vi trên đã gây ra thiệt hại không nhỏ về uy tín và chất lượng sản phẩm. Phía Vodka Men cho rằng đây là hành vi cạnh tranh không lành mạnh, tuy nhiên về phía AvinaA Ông Tô Văn Nhật-tổng giám đốc công ty cho hay: “Việc AvinaA thực hiện kiểm nghiệm rượu bằng phương pháp điện phân là do Vodka Men thực hiện một số hành vi cạnh tranh tấn công trực tiếp nhắm đến sản phẩm AvinaA và nhân viên của AvinaA ức chế đã tự phát một cách ngẫu nhiên, không hề có sự chỉ đạo của Lãnh đạo Công ty ”.

       Cho đến nay, sự việc động chạm của hai thương hiệu rượu này vẫn chưa kết thúc. Phía Cục quản lý cạnh tranh, Cục vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm của Bộ Y tế vẫn chưa có kết luận cuối cùng về sự việc trên vì cho rằng chưa đủ chuyên môn giám định. Tuy nhiên, vấn đề cạnh tranh không lành mạnh cũng làm cho chúng ta phải quan tâm, vì chính chúng ta mới là những người phải “gánh chịu” hậu quả từ quá trình đó. Việc xây dựng một môi trường cạnh tranh lành mạnh, bảo đảm an toàn là cần thiết để mỗi chủ thể được tự do phát triển đúng theo quy luật và không gặp phải những trở ngại trong quá trình phát triển đó.
