       Nhãn hiệu “Grow Plus” thuộc về ai? Trong thời gian mới đây, thị trường sữa của Việt Nam đang ngơ ngác chào đón hai “ông lớn” trong ngành cùng có chung một sản phẩm sữa. Đó là việc Công ty cổ phần sữa Việt Nam (Vinamilk) và Công ty cổ phần thực phẩm Dinh dưỡng Nutifood đều đưa ra một dòng sản phẩm mang tên “Grow Plus”. Thực hư của sự việc này như thế nào?

       Là một mặt hàng thiết yếu của con người đặc biệt là trẻ em, sữa luôn luôn được các bà nội trợ lựa chọn kỹ càng. Ra mắt cách đây hơn 3 năm, dòng sản phẩm Grow Plus của Nutifood phần nào đã có chỗ đứng trong thị trường sữa. Tuy nhiên, vào giữa tháng 5, đại gia sữa Vinamilk lại tung ra sản phẩm mới mang tên Dielac Grow Plus. Hai sản phẩm này đều dành cho trẻ em còi xương, biếng ăn, suy dinh dưỡng với thiết kế vỏ hộp màu đỏ, có cùng tên Grow Plus, có hình lá quốc kỳ Hoa Kỳ trên vỏ lon và công thức na ná như nhau là Weight Pro (Nutifood) và Gain Pro (Vinamilk) rất dễ gây nhầm lẫn. Điều này đã giấy lên một cuộc chiến giữa hai thương hiệu sữa hàng đầu Việt Nam tính đến thời điểm hiện tại và cả hai bên đều khẳng định đã bảo vệ thương hiệu đối với sản phẩm này theo đúng quy định của pháp luật.

      Phía Vinamilk khẳng định: “Grow Plus nằm trong dòng sản phẩm Dielac, thuộc nhãn hiệu truyền thống lâu đời của Vinamilk, được sử dụng từ hàng chục năm nay và đã được đăng ký bảo hộ quyền sở hữu trí tuệ”; đồng thời họ cũng khẳng định đã thực hiện nghiêm ngặt việc thiết kế, tra cứu, đánh giá pháp lý nhãn hiệu.  Mặt khác, phía Nutifood cũng khẳng định: “sản phẩm Grow Plus đã được công ty bắt đầu nghiên cứu từ năm 2010 và đưa ra thị trường kể từ năm 2012”. Hiện vụ việc đang được hai bên “thương thảo” và chờ đợi quyết định từ phía cơ quan có thẩm quyền giả quyết và làm rõ. Liệu rằng ai đúng, ai sai?
