      Vi phạm thương hiệu VTV – Đài truyền hình Việt Nam. Đài truyền hình Việt Nam là đài truyền hình trực thuộc quốc gia Việt Nam, đây là đơn vị truyền thông hàng đầu cả nước trong việc truyền tải các thông tin trên mọi lĩnh vực đời sống đến đông đảo mọi người. Được thành lập từ 1970 đến nay, đài truyền hình Việt Nam đã chiếm được trọn vẹn niềm tin của nhân dân khi xây dựng nên một thương hiệu VTV mang đậm bản sắc dân tộc, khẳng định được chỗ đứng trên lĩnh vực truyền thông đến bạn bè quốc tế.

       Tuy nhiên, một vụ việc hy hữu xẩy ra cách đây vài ngày liên quan đến thương hiệu VTV đã bị bóc mẽ, đó là việc vi phạm quyền sở hữu trí tuệ đối với nhãn hiệu VTV tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh. Một công ty làm về truyền thông, hơn nữa cả một đơn vị Đài truyền hình Việt Nam ai ai cũng biết từ người già đến trẻ nhỏ, mà dùng lý do “vô tình mới để xảy ra nhầm lẫn” thì quả thật là không thể tin được.

      Ban kiểm tra – Đài truyền hình Việt Nam qua quá trình kiểm tra đã phát hiện Công ty cổ phần truyền thông VTV, tên miền website là: truyenhinhvtv hoạt động từ năm 2011 đến nay nhưng không được sự cho phép của Đài truyền hình Việt Nam.Theo như đó, việc công ty truyền thông này lấy tên thương hiệu VTV, logo nguyên hình nguyên khối màu để sử dụng là vi phạm quyền sở hữu trí tuệ. Theo như Bà Vũ Thị Thanh Tâm – Trưởng ban Kiểm tra – Đài truyền hình Việt Nam thì: “Thương hiệu VTV đã được đăng kí trên toàn quốc cũng như 36 quốc gia trên toàn thế giới. Ở một góc độ nào đó không thể nói là không cố ý được, khi đi giao dịch lấy thương hiệu VTV là khiến cho người giao dịch nhầm lẫn là công ty của VTV, một sự không trung thực và vi phạm Luật Thương mại”.

      Hành vi trên được đánh giá là vi phạm một cách rõ ràng, không thể nói là vô tình vi phạm. Hành vi của công ty Cổ phần phát triển truyền thông VTV sẽ bị pháp luật xử lý, hiện vụ việc vẫn đang trong quá trình điều tra và làm rõ. Hy vọng đây sẽ là một hồi chuông cảnh tỉnh cho những đối tượng đang có ý định “ăn cắp” thương hiệu của người khác, thực hiện hành vi vi phạm sở hữu trí tuệ. Từ đó cần nâng cao hơn nữa ý thức thương hiệu và vai trò cuả việc bảo hộ thương hiệu thông qua việc đăng ký độc quyền với cơ quan Nhà nước có thẩm quyền.
