Đăng ký nhãn hiệu cho hàng hóa, dịch vụ của mình là cách làm thông minh của chủ sở hữu trong bối cảnh thị trường đầy cạnh tranh này. Khi đăng ký nhãn hiệu thì chủ sở hữu nhãn hiệu sẽ được pháp luật bảo hộ độc quyền đối với nhãn hiệu đó, chống lại những hành vi cạnh tranh không lành mạnh. Nếu một bên nào có hành vi xâm phạm quyền năng đó thì có thể yêu cầu chấm dứt hành vi vi phạm, trong trường hợp hành vi đó gây thiệt hại đến chủ sở hữu có thể yêu cầu chủ thể đó bồi thường thiệt hại.
Do đó, để giữ gìn được nhãn hiệu của mình thì đăng ký nhãn hiệu tại Cục sở hữu trí tuệ là biện pháp thiết thực. Thời hạn bảo hộ của một nhãn hiệu là 10 năm kể từ ngày nộp đơn đăng ký và có thể tiến hành gia hạn hiệu lực khi hết hạn. Các chủ thể tiến hành hoạt động kinh doanh, thương mại cần lưu ý vào thời hạn bảo hộ nhãn hiệu của mình khi đã được cấp văn bằng bảo hộ để tránh trường hợp hết hạn mà không biết, khi đó quyền lợi của chủ sở hữu sẽ bị mất đi. Đăng ký nhãn hiệu không phải là thủ tục bắt buộc nhưng là thủ tục cần thiết cho mọi chủ thể khi tiến hành hoạt động kinh doanh.
Để đăng ký nhãn hiệu, hồ sơ đăng ký nhãn hiệu gồm những giấy tờ sau:
– Mẫu nhãn hiệu;
– Danh mục hàng hóa, sản phẩm mang nhãn hiệu;
– Thông tin người nộp đơn.

I was curious if you ever thought of changing the page layout
of your site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.
But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better.
Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two images.
Maybe you could space it out better?
I want to see your book when it comes out.
