Trên thực tế khi một tác phẩm đã được cấp Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký quyền tác giả nhưng vì một lý do khách quan hay chủ quan nào đó mà Giấy chứng nhận đó bị hư hại, bị mất hoặc đã được cấp nhưng cơ quan Nhà nước phát hiện ra thiếu xót, sai phạm thì cần phải được cấp lại, đổi hay hủy bỏ hiệu lực của giấy chứng nhận đăng ký quyền tác giả đó một cách kịp thời để tránh những phiền phức, thiệt hại không đáng có xảy ra.
Cấp lại hoặc đổi : trong trường hợp Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký quyền tác giả, quyền liên quan bị mất, hư hỏng hoặc thay đổi quyền sở hữu tác giả, quyền sở hữu quyền liên quan thì các cơ quan Nhà nước có thẩm quyền cấp Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký quyền tác giả, quyền liên quan có trách nhiệm cấp, đổi lại Giấy chứng nhân đăng ký quyền tác giả, quyền liên quan cho chủ sở hữu.
Hủy bỏ hiệu lực : trong trường hợp người được cấp Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký quyền tác giả quyền liên quan mà không phải là chủ sở hữu quyền tác giả, chủ sở hữu quyền liên quan hay chủ sở hữu bản ghi âm, bản ghi hình, chương trình phát song đã đăng ký không thuộc đối tượng bảo hộ thì cơ quan Nhà nước có thẩm quyền cấp Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký quyền tác giả quyền liên quan có trách nhiệm thu hồi, hủy bó hiệu lực của Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký quyền tác giả quyền liên quan đó.
Tổ chức cá nhân nào phát hiện ra việc cấp Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký quyền tác giả quyền liên quan trái với các quy định của pháp luật thì có quyền yêu cầu cơ quan quản lý nhà nước về quyền tác giả, quyền liên quan hủy bỏ hiệu lực của giấy chứng nhận đăng ký quyền tác giả quyền liên quan đó.
Các thủ tục thực hiện việc cấp lại, đổi Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký quyền tác giả, quyền liên quan
– Tác giả, chủ sở hữu quyền tác giả, quyền liên quan có thể tự nộp đơn hoặc ủy quyền cho cá nhân, tổ chức khác nộp đơn tại Cục bản quyền tác giả ( hoặc văn phòng đại diện của Cục bản quyền tác giả tại tp.HCM, tp Đà Nẵng hoặc sở văn hóa thể thao và du lịch của các tỉnh, thành) và nêu rõ lý do xin đổi hoặc cấp lại
– Cơ quan có thẩm quyền sau khi tiếp nhận đơn, xem xét yêu cầu rồi ra quyết định cấp, đổi lại Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký quyền tác giả quyền liên quan.

hi! perhaps spca shouldnt be the first choice to send animals you find, cos they dont have a no-kill policy. meaning, if the animal is of no value, too sick or whatsover, byebye poor thing. places like asd have a strict no kill policy, and would only put animals to sleep only if recommended by the vet. many shelters aims to reduce the growing number of strays by sterilizing, but AVA just culls (hush hush thing, but all the volunteers at dog homes will tell you that)

E: I have had a few injuries the last year or so. The first thing is do everything you can to fix them. The other thing is to rely on your automatic swing. This helps distracts you from the injury. The other thing is that I think automatic reduces the chance of injury because you’re not fighting your system but working with it.

I read another story which used a similar device – The dead Zone by Stephen King. In the story, there was the usual serial killer with a disturbed childhood. However, the story alernates with chapters of first person narrative by the killer without mentioning his name and third person narrative of the murder investigation where you dont know the killer.P.S – Stephen King is one of my guilty peasures of reading and am at no point advocating him of being considered a great in thriller writing 🙂

I had high hopes for this book but was a little disappointed. It was the newest addition but it did not cover a lot of my questions, maybe because Facebook updated their site again. I really do think there are no good answers available anywhere. This was my second purchase of tutorials and I am still in the dark. My not spending a lot of time on Facebook contributes but if I knew more I would be on more. Sounds like going in circles doesn’t it. End result …. no good books available.

As for kindles, they’re great for when you don’t want to carry big bulky books with you – so for me they’re great for commuting to work or for travelling. But I’m a book lover too, and will never completely go away from printed books. The kindle text is just like reading a piece of paper, so it’s been a smooth transition for me.
