Hồ sơ đăng ký bao gồm:
- 03 mẫu tác phẩm nhiếp ảnh
- 03 bản sao y CMND/hộ chiếu (nếu là cá nhân), bản sao y giấy đăng ký kinh doanh (nếu là tổ chức);
- Thông tin cụ thể về tác giả
- Thông tin liên quan đến Tác phẩm
Sau 15 – 20 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận được hồ sơ hợp lệ Quý khách hàng sẽ nhận được Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký bản quyền tác phẩm nhiếp ảnh.
Ngoài những thủ tục đăng ký bản quyền tác phẩm nhiếp ảnh cơ bản như nêu trên, Luật Quốc Dân sẽ đem đến phạm vi bảo hộ rộng nhất, tối ưu nhất không giới hạn về mặt thời gian để giúp hạn chế việc xâm phạm bản quyền trong tương lai hoặc tiến hành lập hồ sở tranh tụng khi cần thiết.
