- Thay mặt Quý khách hàng nộp hồ sơ đăng ký đăng ký bản quyền truyện tranh tại Cục Bản quyền tác giả
- Nhận tất cả các công văn, phối hợp cùng với Quý khách hàng sửa đổi bổ sung, khiếu nại (nếu có).
- Tiến hành theo dõi và bàn giao cho Quý khách hàng Giấy chứng nhận bản quyền truyện tranh
Hồ sơ đăng ký bản quyền truyện tranh bao gồm:
- 02 Bản thảo tác phẩm truyện tranh;
- Bản giải trình về nội dung tác phẩm (nếu cần)
- Thông tin khách hàng
Sau 15 – 20 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận được hồ sơ hợp lệ Quý khách hàng sẽ nhận được Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký bản quyền truyện tranh.
Ngoài những thủ tục đăng ký bản quyền truyện tranh cơ bản như nêu trên, Luật Quốc Dân sẽ đem đến phạm vi bảo hộ rộng nhất, tối ưu nhất không giới hạn về mặt thời gian để giúp hạn chế việc xâm phạm bản quyền trong tương lai hoặc tiến hành lập hồ sở tranh tụng khi cần thiết.
