Khi tiến hành đăng ký kiểu dáng công nghiệp sẽ tạo ra hành lang pháp lí chống lại sự xâm phạm của các chủ thể khác đối với kiểu dáng công nghiệp này.
Phạm vi dịch vụ của NACI Law
- Tư vấn sơ bộ về hồ sơ thủ tục, thời gian, báo phí.
- Tiến hành tra cứu khả năng đăng ký của kiểu dáng công nghiệp.
- Soạn thảo hồ sơ đăng ký.
- Thay mặt Quý khách hàng nộp đơn đăng ký tại Cục sở hữu trí tuệ.
- Tiến hành theo dõi, bàn giao cho Quý khách hàng Giấy chứng nhận kiểu dáng.
- Thay mặt Quý khách hàng làm các thủ tục khiếu nại (nếu có).
Thành phần hồ sơ cần thiết:
- Bản mô tả kiểu dáng công nghiệp.
- Chứng nhận đăng ký kinh doanh (2 bản sao y công chứng)
- Lĩnh vực sử dụng của sản phẩm được chế tạo theo Kiểu dáng bao bì.
- Bộ ảnh chụp, bản vẽ kiểu dáng công nghiệp ( 5 bộ ảnh hoặc 5 bản vẽ)
- Giấy uỷ quyền (theo mẫu NACI Law).
