Quyền ưu tiên của đơn đăng ký kiểu dáng công nghiệp. Kiểu dáng công nghiệp là hình dáng bên ngoài có thể nhận biết được dưới dạng hình khối, đường nét, màu sắc hoặc là sự kết hợp giữa các yếu tố này của một sản phẩm. Kiểu dáng công nghiệp là đối tượng của quyền sở hữu công nghiệp và sẽ được bảo hộ nếu đã thực hiện việc đăng ký bảo hộ.
Theo đó, trong trường hợp người nộp đơn đăng ký bảo hộ đối với sáng chế có yêu cầu quyền ưu tiên thì quyền này sẽ được xác định theo quy định của pháp luật, trong đó cần chú ý một số nội dung sau:
Thứ nhất, nội dung của đơn đăng ký có yêu cầu ưu tiên phải có đầy đủ các giấy tờ sau: Đơn yêu cầu cấp văn bằng bảo hộ đối với kiểu dáng công nghiệp. Tài liệu, vật mẫu, bản mô tả kiểu dáng công nghiệp, bộ ảnh chụp, và/hoặc bản vẽ kiểu dáng công nghiệp để thể hiện thông tin đối tượng sở hữu công nghiệp cần đăng ký bảo hộ; Chứng từ nộp phí, lệ phí. Trong trường hợp tác giả hoặc tổ chức, cá nhân đầu tư vốn, trang thiết bị cơ sở vật chất để tạo ra kiểu dáng công nghiệp không trực tiếp thực hiện việc đăng ký thì đơn đăng ký phải bổ sung một số loại giấy tờ cần thiết tùy vào người nộp đơn như: giấy ủy quyền trong trường hợp người nộp đơn là đại diện, hợp đồng chuyển giao quyền trong trường hợp theo sự thỏa thuận tổ chức, cá nhân có quyền nộp đơn theo quy định của pháp luật với người nộp đơn hoặc các giấy tờ cần thiết khác chứng minh người nộp đơn đã được thừa kế hoặc kế thừa quyền nộp đơn từ các tổ chức hoặc cá nhân có quyền này. Các tài liệu chứng minh quyền ưu tiên được trình bày ở phần dưới đây:
Thứ hai, quyền ưu tiên của đơn đăng ký bảo hộ kiểu dáng công nghiệp sẽ được chấp nhập khi đáp ứng đủ các điều kiện sau:
+ Chủ thể nộp đơn: Người nộp đơn phải là công dân Việt Nam hoặc công dân của nước khác là thành viên của Công ước Paris hoặc cư trú/có cơ sở sản xuất kinh doanh tại Việt Nam hoặc nước thành viên đó.
+ Đơn đầu tiên đã được nộp tại Việt Nam hoặc tại một nước thành viên của Công ước Paris. Trong đó, đơn nộp đầu tiên này phải chứa đựng phần tương ứng với yêu cầu hưởng quyền ưu tiên của đơn đăng ký bảo hộ kiểu dáng công nghiệp.
+ Thời gian nộp đơn đăng ký: Đơn đăng ký phải được nộp trong thời hạn 6 tháng kể từ ngày nộp đơn đầu tiên.
Trong trường hợp đơn đăng ký kiểu dáng công nghiệp đã đáp ứng đủ các điều kiện nói trên và được chấp nhận quyền ưu tiên thì quyền ưu tiên được tính từ ngày nộp đơn đầu tiên.
+Trong đơn đăng ký kiểu dáng công nghiệp, người nộp đơn đăng ký kiểu dáng công nghiệp phải nêu rõ yêu cầu hưởng quyền ưu tiên. Trong trường hợp đơn đầu tiên được nộp tại nước ngoài thì hồ sơ phải kèm theo bản sao nộp đơn đầu tiên có xác nhận của cơ quan đã nộp đơn đầu tiên.
+ Người nộp đơn đã nộp đủ lệ phí ưu cầu hưởng quyền ưu tiên.

Not necessary but you would need to eat alot of foods high in protien such as tuna fish, egg wites, lean red meats. The reason people use protien shakes is to increase their protien intake inexpensively. The name was perfect. Too long of a story for me to explain how I switched from designing refrigerators to textiles (suffice it to say I’ve degrees in architecture, fine arts and textiles – my design interests are varied to say the least!) the name was just too good to give up. The custom part fit our customization of textiles – the optimal temperature part – 40 degrees – was a good symbol for optimal ‘cool’ design. So we just kept the name and switched the product!
