      Cấp văn bằng bảo hộ: trong vòng 10 ngày kể từ ngày người nộp đơn đóng đủ lệ phí cấp văn bằng bảo hộ thì người nộp đơn được nhận Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký nhãn hiệu.
