Hơn một năm nay, người dân thôn Phong Hòa, xã Ninh Mỹ, huyện Hoa Lư (Ninh Bình) mỗi khi đến vụ cấy không còn phải lo vất vả “bán mặt cho đất, bán lưng cho trời” như trước để cấy từng cây lúa. Công việc đồng áng của bà con nông dân nơi đây dần nhẹ nhàng hơn trước rất nhiều từ khi anh Phạm Xuân Cường người cùng thôn sáng tạo ra được chiếc máy cấy không cần đến động cơ.
Vốn là sinh ra trong gia đình thuần nông, ngày còn nhỏ chàng trai quê lúa Phạm Xuân Cường hiểu rất rõ những vất vả, khổ cực mà bố mẹ cùng bà con nông dân quê mình phải trải qua khi tới vụ mùa. Từ đó, trong lòng Cường đã nung nấu ý trí làm sao chế tạo ra được những chiếc máy để giảm bớt công sức lao động cho người nông dân, phù hợp với đồng ruộng quê mình.
Học hết cấp 3, Cường không theo con đường Đại học mà quyết ở lại quê nhà lập nghiệp. Anh xin vào học việc trong một xưởng cơ khí gần nhà để thỏa mãn niềm đam mê được sáng tạo của mình. Ngoài hoàn thành công việc học tập, Cường luôn sũy nghĩ và lên ý tưởng để sáng tạo ra những chiếc máy thiết thực giúp cho người nông dân.
Thấy những chiếc máy nông cụ được sản xuất phục vụ sản xuất rất phức tạo và có nhiều bất cập khi sử dụng trên đồng lúa như: máy to cồng kềnh, giá thành cao, phụ thuộc vào nhà sản xuất… Cường lại càng nỗ lực hơn, chiếc máy đầu tiên mà anh quyết định sáng tạo ra đó chính là chiếc máy cấy không động cơ.
Cường cho biết: “Ý tưởng mình có trong đầu từ lâu, cũng tham khảo nhiều công nghệ có liên quan, nhưng tất cả đều sử dụng động cơ. Mình muốn làm chiếc máy không có động cơ để không phải tiêu tốn nhiên liệu khi sử dụng. Nghĩ mãi nhưng không biết nên bắt đầu từ đâu. Nhiều khi cũng nản nhưng cuối cùng quyết tâm để làm bằng được”.
Sau nhiều lần mày mò, làm đi làm lại đến cả chục lần, đúng một năm sau chiếc máy cấy lúa “made in Phạm Xuân Cường” ra đời. Những ngày đầu, Cường cho chạy thử nghiệm ngay trên ruộng lúa nhà mình. Năm 2013, chiếc máy cấy đầu tiên không sử dụng động cơ của Cường ra đời hoạt động tốt khiến nhiều người bất ngờ và thán phục trước tài thông minh của anh.
Chiếc máy cấy không động cơ của anh Cường đơn giản tới mức không ai có thể nghĩ tới. Máy chỉ bao gồm một tay kéo, tay quay, xích tải, trục truyền nói với tai gắp mạ, khay chứa mạ… Chiếc máy có chiều dài 120cm, chiều rộng 52cm, chiều cao thì tùy thuộc vào điều chỉnh ở tay kéo cho phù hợp với người sử dụng. Máy chỉ nặng 20kg, gọn nhẹ hơn hàng chục lần so với chiếc máy cấy hiện đại. Đặc biệt, máy cấy do anh Cường sáng tạo ra có thể sử dụng trên nhiều loại ruộng lúa khác nhau, ai cũng có thể sử dụng được. Máy cấy hàng lúa rất đều, không cần đến mạ khay, mỗi giờ đồng hồ máy cấy được 1 sào ruộng…
Nhờ vào những tính năng ưu việt nói trên, chiếc mày này đã được nhiều người nông dân lựa chọn. Giá thành của chiếc máy này cũng rất rẻ, chưa tới 5 triệu đồng. Nhờ chiếc máy cấy không động cơ đặc biệt này, anh Cường đã giành giải 3 trong hội thi Sáng tạo kỹ thuật tỉnh Ninh Bình lần thứ 6. Hiện nay, anh Cường đã nhận được đơn đặt hàng từ nhiều nông dân ở khắp cả nước. Tuy nhiên, do thiếu nguồn vốn mở rộng sản xuất nên anh chưa nđáp ứng hết được nhu cầu của mọi người.
Anh Cường chia sẻ: “Để phát triển mở rộng được loại máy cấy không động cơ này, tôi sẽ đăng ký bản quyền, liên kết với nhà tài trợ là doanh nghiệp nào đó mở rộng sản xuất, đáp ứng nhu cầu của người dân”.
Ông Phan Đông Hà – Phó trưởng ban Khoa học và công nghệ (Liên hiệp các hội Khoa học và kỹ thuật Ninh Bình) cho biết: “Chiếc máy cấy do anh Cường chế tạo ra có tính ứng dụng cao. Máy nhỏ gọn, phù hợp với những ruộng cấy có diện tích nhỏ. Giá thành của chiếc máy cũng thấp phù hợp với túi tiền của bà con nông dân”.

Sadly I live in WA State as well. Tales: Centers around a dude, but apparently is the second best in the series (or tied with Vesperia) as far as gameplay and overarching story goes. The Tales games are pretty ani-tropey in my experience (heavy with things that you see a lot in anime). At least that’s my $0.02 from seeing it played.Also: I LOVE FF:CC games! Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.

It’s not too hard to make a car go, the trick is you need to run the AC. And that uses lots of the power. I live in phoenix so AC is important. Plus gas isnt that expensive yet. When it goes up to 5 or 6 a gallon all those ideas will become more atractive.
