Chỉ dẫn địa lý là dấu hiệu dùng để chỉ sản phẩm có nguồn gốc từ khu vực, địa phương, vùng lãnh thổ hay quốc gia cụ thể. Để được pháp luật bảo hộ thì chỉ dẫn địa lý phải tiến hành đăng ký. Hồ sơ cần thiết:
- Tờ khai
- Bản mô tả tính chất/chất lượng/danh tiếng của sản phẩm;
- Bản đồ khu vực địa lý tương ứng với chỉ dẫn địa lý
- 10 mẫu thể hiện cách trình bày của chỉ dẫn địa lý.
- Thông tin người nộp đơn.
Phạm vi dịch vụ của NACI Law
- Tư vấn cho Qúy khách hàng thời gian và thủ tục trước khi đăng ký.
- Tra cứu sơ bộ giúp Qúy khách hàng có thể biết được khả năng của việc đăng ký chỉ dẫn địa lý nhằm giảm khả năng đăng ký, tiết kiệm thời gian và chi phí.
- Tiến hành soạn thảo hồ sơ để nộp nên Cục sở hữu trí tuệ
- Thay mặt khách hàng nhận toàn bộ công văn, trả lời, bổ sung hoặc khiếu nại( nếu có)
- Theo dõi đơn chỉ dẫn địa lý, và bàn giao Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký nhãn hiệu cho Qúy khách hàng.
